Your First THIRD HEARTH Order: A Simple Guide
There are two paths: let the chef build it or choose every layer yourself. You do not need to study the menu before your first visit.
First decide: chef-built or build your own
Craft Fire offers 11 chef-built bowls—choose a protein and the rest is paired for you. Freedom Fire lets you choose six layers. For the simplest first visit, start with Craft Fire; for complete control, choose Freedom Fire.
Craft Fire: choose your protein
- NT$125: Sous Vide Chicken Breast; Seared Tofu & Mushroom.
- NT$149: Italian Chicken Breast; Thai Lemongrass Chicken Breast.
- NT$159: Beef Patty; Italian Chicken Thigh; Thai Lemongrass Chicken Thigh.
- NT$179: Lime Leaf Fish.
- NT$189: Garlic Shrimp.
- NT$199: Flat Iron Steak; Salmon Fillet.
Adjust any Craft Fire bowl with half rice, extra rice +5 or no base; choose no sauce or sauce on the side +1.
Freedom Fire: six steps
- Base: Rooibos Tea Rice, Greek Lemon & Bay Leaf Rice, greens +10, or an available half-and-half combination.
- Protein: NT$125 includes one NT$25 protein; pay only the difference for choices above NT$25.
- Choose five sides from the steam-roasted and refreshing cold selections. Each extra side +15.
- Choose one of eight sauces. Each extra sauce +15.
- Choose one Spark: crispy garlic, nuts +5, tortilla crumbs +5, or all three +10.
- Choose parsley as the Finish, or skip it.
Paying and collecting
- Dine in or take away: order at the store; food is made to order.
- Online pickup: order and pay online, then collect without queueing.
- Delivery: search 未禾歐烤碗 on Uber Eats, or ask @okaobowl on LINE about store delivery within 3 km.
- Drinks: order any OKAO Bowl to access add-on drink pricing.
FAQ
01Are these in-store prices?
Yes. They apply to dine-in, takeaway and online pickup. Delivery prices may differ and are shown when ordering.
02Can I choose two rice bases half and half?
Yes. Greek Lemon & Bay Leaf Rice with Rooibos Tea Rice has no surcharge; combinations with greens are +5.
03Should I bring a bag?
Reusable bags are welcome. A plastic bag is NT$2 when needed.
