The Office Lunch Ordering Checklist Administrators Actually Need
Collecting preferences, counting meals, arranging invoices and waiting for delivery can all go wrong. This checklist turns the job into a repeatable process.

The person ordering office lunch rarely does it as their main job, yet they carry everyone's preferences and the company's budget. This is the sequence we have learned from group-order guests.
Before ordering: confirm four things
- Headcount and diets: meat, seafood and plant-based quantities, plus allergies or exclusions.
- Budget: the per-person limit, whether drinks are included and who pays.
- Time and place: serving time, exact floor and receiving contact.
- Invoice: legal company name and Taiwan Unified Business Number.
When ordering: let the restaurant help build the mix
For a large order, provide the budget, quantity and dietary requirements, then ask for a few clear combinations. A restaurant that can handle meat and plant-based meals together saves coordinating two suppliers.
On arrival: count before distributing
Check total quantities and separate dietary categories before handing meals out. Ask in advance for clear labels or separate boxes.
For recurring orders: let everyone choose
Pickup-hub group ordering lets each person choose and pay for their own meal. The organiser shares one link instead of collecting orders or advancing payment.
